For what it's worth, I used these dimensions exactly for the CAD file we used to cut out the parts, and the holes that these corresponded to in the finished bumper worked perfectly.

Good question- they're pretty beat, one is crunched (missing bottom third) from a close encounter with a frozen pond (Echo knows about that one, was trying to impersonate an icebreaker and it didn't work). The other is intact but has some trail rash. You want em?

Could do like I did and buy a basic bumper for $200-$250 and add some tube work to it to make it your own.

Here's what I came up with!

Two years ago, I wanted a psc brawler lite sooo bad. One day, out in the trail, I slid on a root while climbing a steep hill, and hit a tree right on my trimed factory bumper. It was 58" wide. If I had the psc bumper this day, I would have crushed my front grill, corner and fender, plus maybe the hood also. So I thought I could go with a mid instead of a stubby. I have been looking for days, trying to find a nice looking bumper, to my liking, but nothing. So I decided to build my own. Back then, I had no real skill for welding, at least, I had a huge lack of practice, so I asked a friend to do the assembly.

Since I liked the look of the psc brawler lite, I based my model on this bumper, and stretched the ends to make it wider. I started off with a cardboard model, then did a 3D plan using google sketchup 8. At this point, my friend had contact with a laser cutting factory, he sent the plan and did the assembly. Very happy with the result so far.

The shackle mounts are cut through the front plate, welded on the frame plate. It can't be stronger than that.
