If you were really cool, you'd be using rotocut annular cutters for nutserts.. ...with those and the nutsert tool..I'll do armor installs all day. Easy money!

Those rotocut [get the point arbor 17/32" cutter and 10mm cutter [for 1/4-20 serts] make perfectly round, not distorted holes in the thin sheet metal.

Haha, thanks. I just plan on using a transfer punch and step bit to do the job. I've always had good luck with them for thin sheetmetal. I had to drill nearly 100 holes in 22 gauge stainless when I build a body for my rail buggy, worked fine.

Sounds good, I've burned through 100 or so holes with the annular, wouldn't change a thing though.

I also keep it simple...mainly because I don't have the space.

    Hobart Handler 140 MIG...works well
    Tubing notcher
Grinder with sanding, grinding and cut off wheels
    drill press
    sawzall
    hack saw
    dremel tool
    hand drills
    BFH
    chop saw

    Would like to add

    Plasma cutter
    Sheet metal break
    tubing bender

That's funny. I have a shaker for gallon cans. Never thought about putting spray cans in it.

Put the in a sleeve of masking tape or a piece of pvc pipe to hold them if you put in a real paint shaker if you do. If not the go flying.
