If you don't mind stealing ideas from othersCheck out this video from Poison Spyder. You can see how they made their brackets. Maybe you'll get an idea for yours. The front is around 8:00 minutes in, the rears around 10:30.

Ringer, I have a couple more question for you. When you put the sheet metal on what was the line you used to trace the temple for where the sheet metal meets the tube? I had a hell of a time getting it weled and ground down without grinding though the sheetmetal seam. I found some info that seemed to point to cutting the templet to 1/3 the diamitor of the tube insted of half. Is that what you did?

Yep. There is no super easy way to do it. I used poster board to make templates before I cut the 14ga skins. Then it was weld, grind, weld, grind until it was perfect. Yours are looking really good. They are a pain to do as one off's, but cool to have something unique.
RubiXconNo matter what you have, there is ALWAYS a better way to do it.My build thread- https://www.jkfreaks.com/forums/showt...ld-up-of-JKarl
