OX 30 spline mechanical locker with electric actuator.. The OX is a cable actuated locker that can be operated with a mechanical shifter, electric actuator, or an air actuator... Tougher then nails and works like a charm even in -40. My concern with an air system was freeze up in the cold.

Hey fellow jeepers, I'm looking to upgrade my 2016 jku with a dana 30 in frt and a dana 44 in the rear with some new gears, some lockers and trussing and gusseting. What do you all think I should get, would really appreciate some input from experienced people as I am pretty new. I've been to the Rubicon and to stony-ford and my jeep did really good but I think I would feel more confident with some upgrades in this area (axles and such) What do you guys think. Oh and I'm on a blue collar budget. And its also my daily driver.

Man, this is going to cause some healthy debate.
Some would argue not to put any money into a Dana 30. But, I know a few folks that trussed a Dana 30 and wheel pretty rough. I had this dillema myself for a while, I ended up with a Rubicon axle for a song.
So, if you decide to truss/gusset, look at Barnes 4WD, JCR and Artec for the parts. The Barnes has great fitment and strength and JCR looks like an easy install. Artec is the most popular, but the Barnes uses heavier steel and seems stronger. But find the right welder that won't warp the axle housing or smoke your ball joints. I'd also skid the lower control arm mounts up front, and the shock mounts in the rear.
I wouldn't put anything more than 4.56 gears in the Dana 30. Anything higher, and you're gear teeth will be thin and you'll increase your chances of tearing up the gears.
As for lockers, there's a lot to be said about ARB air lockers, but they do require an onboard compressor. I prefer e-lockers (like Eaton) - they just seem to have fewer points of failure. If I rip a wire, I can always jerry rig something to the battery. If I rip an air hose, well, good luck.

Thanks ShutterBug thats actually exactly what I was thinking as far as gears 4.56's. I don't go crazy when I wheel at least not yet as I'm new. I was thinking of the ARB air lockers tho so that way I'd also have air for when I air down I could air back up. The truss and gusset kit I was looking at was the G2 about 300 bucks for the frt and back. What do you think of those. I saw the Artec frt truss and gusset for 190 but did'nt see the rear. Evo is at 350 for both frt and rear.
I've not looked at the G2 truss setup. EVO also makes a decent truss, although I am partial to Barnes and JCR.
You don't really need to truss the rear, IMHO.
