One hell of a Friday night. (Stolen jeep)

Just as my wife and I were about to get seated at the restaurant. I ot a phone call that my buddies stolen jeep was spotted a few kms from where I was.

Well I told the wife we had to leave and headed out to search for these bastard. (City of 150,000 people). After about a 1/2 hr I decide I needed some back off. Given that it was Friday I headed to our local coffee night and posted it on our face book page.

We needed up with 15 jeeps searching for these bastards.

Well three hrs and two spotting later they were found. One guy blocked them from te front while the other from the back. The two males ran off leaving the ladies behind.

But they were caught a little while later.



Got to love local jeep clubs.

They managed to get his spare set of keys. The owner of the jeep is not sure how the hell they got them.

I was in the group of people who were searching for the people but since we split up they were caught by two of the 15 jeepers. But five minutes later we all rolled up.

Funny thing is the wife wanted to go get our child from the babysitters and it was only a few blocks away from where they found the jeep.
