looking for a good cheapish front and back bumper that come with a carrier and a tow rated hitch or one that can comp the factory hitch

Most of the JCR off-road bumpers allow you to keep the factory hitch in place and they do not interfere with it.

JCR Mid Width Bumper:

Has mounts for LED cubes, allows the use of stock trailer hitch and has hi lift points.



You can add a tire carrier later, or build one with one of the JCR bomb proof spindles.

That's one of the reasons I liked the Hanson bumper, you remove the factory hitch and sell it because the new one on the bumper is tighter and higher then stock. Look at it, it's about mid bumper, not underneigh.
