Anyone running painted rear fenders

I am looking at getting the JT as soon as it comes out for 2019. I have been thinking of going with the painted factory fenders but was worried about chipping the paint. I will most likely be running 35's or 37's. I don't do much off road but do run some trails once in a great while.

Anyone have any experience with running with factory painted fenders? Any problems with paint chipping? Any real solutions?

I recommend using Krylon Fusion since it is designed for flexible plastics like fender flares.

ECHO, the admin here, paints his Bushwacker fender flares and they are more flexible than the stock flares. He must be doing something right.
