    Marble Falls OHP

Due to a last minute trip, I'll be heading over to the Fredricksburg area and figured I would stop by the Marble Falls park to have a look and go for a day of wheeling. Anyone headed that way this weekend? Anything I should be aware of? I just want to get the jeep offroad and stretch its legs again, nothing crazy.

    Dust. Dust. Dust.

It will be dustier than you can imagine. You should be able to hook up with some Central Texas Jeep Coalition or Austin Jeep People members. Quite a few are out there often.

I strongly advise against heading out alone, especially there. The park is enormous and you can easily get lost. I do know the park has changed a lot, due to the spring floods in the Hill Country.

Ask for Brett or James at the office. They'll help you out.

For eats in town check out the Bluebonnet Cafe, River City Grill, or Double Horn Brewing Company.

I just saw three people jogging outside my window and it inspired me... to get up and close the blinds.
