The coilovers from EVO that have the solid reservoir are for the rear Bolt-on Coilovers setup. The ones with the remote reservoir connected by a hose are for the front.

Yes. With all of the bracketry. If you draw a straight line between the tops of the bottom pair of coilovers, you will need to buy everything between the shocks. Might cost the same as buying new, not sure, but I'd give ORE a call first.
