I'm actually going to be installing some Metal Cloak fends on a customers jeep this coming week. I'll try to remember to grab some pics of the install.

I'm going to call MC tomorrow to confirm. I just like have things bolted down as opposed to trying to cut the fender. That way I can put the stock ones on if I want to sell the Jeep. And the MC liners will still be worth something if I sell.

you can put the factory flare back in with a cut fender. just exposes the skeleton underneath. you cant see it if you are standing next to it.

and you can buy inner fenders pretty cheap from mopar

Good point. I decided $200 for liners is pretty ridiculous and since my fenders will be plastic anyway then the plastic liner will look good if trimmed well. If not I can probably run without a liner for a little while. I'm hoping a carpet knife will be enough to trim. Suggestions??

MCE flex fenders. Gen2 and 3

Installed the MCE fenders today. Pretty easy especially if you have another pair of hands to help. I think it really cleans up the front end of the Jeep. I will be painting any white that is showing in the rear. I thought the 35's would look too small, but I think they look pretty good with plenty of room for 37's.

Love it! Any shots from the side? Looks like I'll be running this setup on mine with different rims and no lift (until funds recooperate).
