You've got an 07 sahara, but what else do you have going on that contributes to the good mpg? Your profile is a little empty.

naw i dont... i make water filters that instantly filter everything you could think of even raw sewage, and im all stock as far as motor intake exhaust, got the 255-75-17 rubicon tire as well and i got the towing package that comes with 4.10's. just keep in mind im front vermont so its nowhere near flat here, its a lot of hills valleys and mountains. but as far as the mpg's i dont know how im getting that good but im not gonna complain either

Have you confirmed on your build sheet that the tow package is indeed 4.10's? I know they did some odd things in 07 but everything about rubi tires and 4.10's says you shouldn't get 'great' gas mileage. Chrysler offers the 3.21's to help their Jeep mpg average- hence why it is standard equipment and most everyone "upgardes" to 3.73's or goes rubi and gets 4.10's.

3.21s with rubi tires would get worse mpgs that 4.10s wih rubi tires. You have better power band with 4.10s on stock tires vs the 3.21. I used to get 20 on my 11 jku auto 3.73 with 32s when I ran nonethanol gas.

I have an 08, 35s, 4.10s, no lift, rubi rails with PSC ricco weld on rails, chopped front bumper and run the super chips MPG tune and always run 87. Mainly flat land 50/50 mix of city/highway on my 50 mile commute each day (total). I try to keep my RPMs around 2200-2500 (70-75mph). I am consistently at the 16.5 range ("hand" calculated using the gas cubby app). On long highway trips I will break into the 18's but that's about as high as I will get.

I once saw 20s but that was computer calculated on 33s before I picked up the Flashpaq, so the tire size was not adjusted. Aka inaccurate readings.
