Everything is stock in the picture except that I have to doors off and I had rear view mirrors that drop into the door hinge's hole.

Next to come is a 1" body lift hopefully, not sure if I want to do that, or save some more money to do some other stuff first.

Thanks! She, like most Jeeps, is a work in progress. Up next, Poison Spyder Brawler rear bumper and a TeraFlex HD carrier. I hope to be installing those over the holidays as my Christmas/birthday present.

You Jeep looks great too. Love those wheels. HOT! How are you liking your Nitto TG's?

Haha no need. Definitely jealous of those wheels. Probably my favorite out there. How is the pro comp lift riding for you and what lift did it actually net?

I like them so far, I haven't gotten an alignment yet so my Jeep still pulls to the right HARD so its kind of hard to tell at this point. I like how quiet they are on the road though compared to most other tires. I have Brandon to thank for the wheels, when I was looking around he told me I should check those out, that those were his favorite.

Not sure how much the lift actually put on, I haven't done any measuring,I'll do it tomorrow morning when I can see what I'm doing. The lift doesn't ride to bad, not factory ride quality though either. I might look into getting some Bilstien 5100's or 5160's in the future if I ever have the extra cash.

Alright, guess I'm gonna go with the JK FRK plates, I just have to wait until I start at the fire dept. so I can get the papers I need to get the volunteer fireman plates.

Got a lot of new stuff put on the Jeep today:

Billet Pedals
26613

Mopar Fuel Door
26614

Rampage Tail light Guards
26615
26616

Mesh Grill Inserts
26617

Poison Spyder Front and Rear Grab Handles
26618
26619

And some Poison Spyder rocker knockers that are yet to be installed
26620

I am taking the rocker knockers tomorrow to get them bedlined, and I ordered some paint that matches the Jeeps body to paint the center part of the knockers (the part with the circles cut out) to match the Jeep.

I also got LED fog lights and a Hi-Lift Jack, but saw no purpose in posting pictures of those. I have no mount for the Jack right now, I just have it laying under my back seat.

I've got bad news for ya buddy.......VA law says it's illegal to have anything written on the windshield so it is entirely possible for you to fail the state inspection unless you remove the sticker. The rocker knockers will be sweet once they're installed though.

chitownfan73
02-24-2013, 07:44 PM
Yeah, as long as its not ticketable I'm not worried about inspection, I've got...ways...to handle that lol. And thanks, I've had the rocker knockers sitting in my garage since mid december and haven't gotten around to doing anything with them, I finally got them bedlined and painted how I want and should get them back tuesday, so they can finally serve a purpose instead of just being $600 collecting dust in my garage lol.

Also got a pro comp steering stabilizer free of charge, couldn't really get a good picture of it though.

it is ticketable. but it would be pretty low to write that. It's something you use to stop suspicious cars for when you want to investigate a bit further.

46.2-1052. Tinting films, signs, decals, and stickers on windshields, etc

ohh, ok, so it's one of those things that they CAN pull you over you over for but its not worth their time to actually do it?

Thanks! Your Jeep is looking pretty good as well! How's it going in Australia? I went when I was in 6th grade on vacation with my family and have been dying to go back ever since.

Hmmm.....curious. Where is the link that you pull all of this code from? I've had numerous tint tickets....usually while I was doing other things so I was grateful for the tint tickets over speeding.

I'll be doing windshield tint in the coming months, so we'll see if my luck changes.

Fairly happy with it, I could use a little less bump stop in the front, and some flat fenders wouldn't hurt, but all in all not too bad. This was with the sway bar connected still so that did limit flex I'm sure. Hopefully soon I'll have the money to get flat fenders so that rear tire won't be so crowded.

no mud holes deep enough yet, we've sort of had to make our own...they're getting better though, after a few more weeks of cross-threading the same mud holes repeatedly should be much better.

Nothing substantial but replaced the dome lights in my Jeep with green LED's, looks pretty cool, I'm probably going to add green lights under the dash to shine down onto the floor boards as well. A new teraflex tire carrier also may be added soon.352123521335214
